Moong Dal Mogar (often sold under brands like Sagar) is a type of split and de-skinned moong dal (yellow lentils) — also called moong mogar. It’s made by removing the outer husk from whole green gram and splitting the lentil into smaller pieces, giving it a light yellow color, soft texture, and mild flavour.
